1. Booking and Payment

• A downpayment of ₱4,000.00 is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event.
• Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different date subject to availability.

2. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.
• One free reschedule is allowed, subject to availability.
• Additional rescheduling will incur a fee of 10% of the package price.

3. Service Delivery

• We will arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The client must ensure venue accessibility and necessary permits.
• Raw photos will be delivered within 3 days.
• Edited photos will be delivered within 14 working days.
